We just wrapped up the very first Hertunbi Project Management Bootcamp. Hertunbi's vision is simple: create real pathways for women to enter and thrive in tech. Not just inspiration. Not just motivation. Practical, career-changing access.

This bootcamp was our first major step toward that vision. So many women want to transition into tech but feel stuck at the “where do I even start?” stage.

Project management is one of the most accessible and powerful entry points into tech — yet many women don’t know:

• what the role truly involves

• how to position their existing experience

• how to become employable fast

We wanted to change that.

For 10 days, we focused on:

• Understanding the fundamentals of project management

• Learning practical tools and workflows

• Translating existing skills into tech language

• Building confidence to pursue real opportunities

And the transformation we witnessed? Incredible.

Over 20 women joined us from different backgrounds. Every single day, they showed up ready to learn, ask questions, and stretch themselves.

What stood out most was the community that formed.

Women beginning to see themselves in tech.

That’s exactly what Hertunbi is about. We wanted the bootcamp to go beyond learning and move into real positioning for opportunities. So we offered a bonus:
